Do NOT trust these people, or any of their properties. Their communication sucks, and they do everything they can to screw you out of money. Lived in one of their apartment complexes, and it first it was great-- and then came the issues not too long after. Theft in the building, major issues with the construction of the building, stupid mistakes by the maintenance staff, complete changes of management that weren't told to tenants, even faulty eviction notices! When moving, I was told incorrect information about my lease, and then they lied to me about the condition of my unit. The one thing I will say that is positive is that on-site apartment manager for my complex was VERY helpful and seemed to really take my move easy despite all the other issues with this stupid company. more

i live at hilcrest apts in munroe falls the management company does not care about anything they hire dumbs to run the apts here tennants complain all the time but is useless we have black mold on walls, cobb webs on the window ledges washers are flithy, windows not clean, trash everwhere in the yard and parking lot, when you call the landlord about issues reguarding apt problems they never answer the phone nor when you leave a message they dont call you back, then you report them to caryle mgmt, they dont enough do anything no response what a joke they expect us to pay our rent each month but in turn they dont do any upkeep more

I tell ya what, I dunno what these other yahoos are talkin about. Carlysle management and the Shaker Club are both fantastic organizations and have professional attitudes at all time. There's no trouble at all. We think the place is always up to shape, in tip top condition, and all repairs are done in a timely fashion. In this economy to only have 10 vacancies in a bldg that large is a rarity, truly a reflection of the management, and ya cant argue with success! People in the building are genuinely happy and the grounds are always well kept, groomed, and plowed. more

I currently live in Shaker Club Condo's, a property owned by Carlyle Mgmt. The office manger there is extremely bias when it comes down to the residents that own/rent property! Gossips with residents about other residents and has not professionalism what so ever. I have tried to speak with her on several occasions and the attitude is just awful! She needs to be replace immediately. No wonder there are 10+ vacancies in the building.Some of the black americans renter/owners in the building complain often about how things will never change in that building which results in none of them showing up for the monthly meetings. The appointed officers in teh building do not seem to want change! more
