i live at hilcrest apts in munroe falls the management company does not care about anything they hire dumbs to run the apts here tennants complain all the time but is useless we have black mold on walls, cobb webs on the window ledges washers are flithy, windows not clean, trash everwhere in the yard and parking lot, when you call the landlord about issues reguarding apt problems they never answer the phone nor when you leave a message they dont call you back, then you report them to caryle mgmt, they dont enough do anything no response what a joke they expect us to pay our rent each month but in turn they dont do any upkeep
