Review content:
Do NOT trust these people, or any of their properties. Their communication sucks, and they do everything they can to screw you out of money. Lived in one of their apartment complexes, and it first it was great-- and then came the issues not too long after. Theft in the building, major issues with the construction of the building, stupid mistakes by the maintenance staff, complete changes of management that weren't told to tenants, even faulty eviction notices! When moving, I was told incorrect information about my lease, and then they lied to me about the condition of my unit. The one thing I will say that is positive is that on-site apartment manager for my complex was VERY helpful and seemed to really take my move easy despite all the other issues with this stupid company.
