The sink and the bathroom settings are old and needs to be remodeled. I moved here from another state and this place is horrible. No place to put an A.C because the windows are so old and they're slide windows and so they want me to pay 67 bucks to buy plexi-glass to put in the window. But when I looked online it said central air, cable included .which is a lie. I was supposed to get a townhouse instead I got a one bedroom apt with cement behind my painted walls. All the entire maintenance crew is Mexican. Not one single american. more

Why are they charging and arm and a leg for the new apartments @ North End Gateway. A 2 bedroom apartment is $912 for 925sq. feet. What are they smoking? A brand new apartment in Dutch Point cost $876 for a 2 bedroom 946 sq. ft for the same ammenteties. The only people who can afford to stay there are the ones on section 8. As far as the hard working individual like myself who can afford that? Did they forgot the economy is in a reccession. Good luck on getting the working class to move in!!! DO NOT LIVE in any of their properties. In Wakefield, Malden, Revere Massachusetts. Dito all the other reviews. They play games. Do NOT return calls. The place is a pit. They say they are going to do something and then they send you to everyone else in the company. You feels like you are going crazy. They are very talented at disappearing and have a very selective memory. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have ever dealt with. They are unbelievable. Pros: There are none Cons: Everything. let's see where do I begin-we are constantly harassed by this company.they fine us for things that dont have anything to do with us and cant even explain what the fines are for !some people have dogs and let them ""go"" wherever they want-DISGUSTING! maintenence does absolutely nothing to the outside of the complex and hardly speak any english.rent keeps going up and they dont explain why.dont even bother calling the main office...no one ever gets back to you and IF they do they are rude and have no clue whats going on ! they say they are kid friendly-well,totally opposite ! they have stolen my childrens toys from outside when we came in for lunch one day!how horrible is that ! car break ins,apartment break ins,and what do they do....put up fake cameras in the parking lot ! cheap company...DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! i have lived in the complex for 4 years have paid my rent and followed every rule on my lease although my job is being done as a loyal tenant their job is less than being done we have had a series of robberies some houses robbed more than once but nothing is being done to these juveniles you can call the police they will do what they can but most of these children breaking into our homes are under age how about holding these parents responsible then we have people watching your home get broken into and they wont say anything in fear that their home will be next we have spray painted names in the little tunnels nothing is being said about that these families are still welcome to live here while we all live in fear of our things we worked hard for to dissapear even one of our maintinance men home was robbed laundry room locks being broke where are the parents while this is going on?we have families living with 8 people in a two bedroom 5 cars per apartments so your visitors cant even park no dogs are allowed but some have more than one dog why make rules that only some have to follow i have left messages for the past 3 weeks for sandra sadler no response and every one in that office is so rude when do we get the chance to feel safe never mind us when can our children come home and not have to run to their room to make sure all their stuff is still there and that they have not been violated more

When you finally get the receptionist to tell you who you need to speak to you can never get to speak to that person because they NEVER answer the phone. When you leave a message they NEVER call back. When you email the person in charge that person does not respond to your email. The people there seem to be very cold and uncaring. I think this is very sad because many times this company is doing business with people who are in a desparate situation. If you can do anything to avoid using this company, please save yourself the heartache by avoiding Carabetta like the plague. Cons: Too many to list more

They don't care. They want there money thats it. Unprofessional. you get better treatment in a jail cell. By the way I overheard Chris tell a plummer that there was no way she would hire there own mant crew to fix things around her house, because they are so lousy. It's all about money not humane treatment. They should go back to Italy where they came from. more

I'm very unsatisfied with the service they provide. Apartments are very old, lots of work needs to be done to it. Sinks tubs, toilett seats all that.. very old, nasty. Nothing really works properly. Very very unsatisfied, the only reason i'm there is because rent was $595 when i first moved in, almost 3 yrs ago, every year rent went up. Its almost $800 now, and it wasnt suppose to be but when we called they apologized and said they'll send us paperwork to fill out. one more thing, customer service not professional, i swear its the worst, they dont even care what problem you have.
