When you finally get the receptionist to tell you who you need to speak to you can never get to speak to that person because they NEVER answer the phone. When you leave a message they NEVER call back. When you email the person in charge that person does not respond to your email. The people there seem to be very cold and uncaring. I think this is very sad because many times this company is doing business with people who are in a desparate situation. If you can do anything to avoid using this company, please save yourself the heartache by avoiding Carabetta like the plague.
