Upon going to buy a vehicle at kid nicholasville it was a horrible experience. I test drive my vehicle and the sales associate tried to have sex with me....it did not go anywhere....

Excellent Buying Experience 5/14/2016

This is our fourth purchase from Cartown Kia and this last one was the best ever! Our original intentions were to stop there and look at a used car they took on trade, which we did. However we decided to also look at the 2016 Kia Sedona. My wife and I are very particular of what we want in our vehicles so we looked at all they had. To be sure, our salesman (Robert Harris) was extremely patient with us and we never felt pressured one way or the other. When we decided to pursue with the purchase our salesman took care of getting our car (also a Kia) appraised and starting the paper work for the purchase. Speaking of the paper work and the financing, nothing could have been easier. The financing person (forgot his name) was friendly and had a personality that put us at ease. He worked extremely hard to get us the price we wanted and the payments we needed. What more can I say? Our experience at Cartown was the best ever, top to bottom! Guess where we will buy our next car! That's right - Cartown Kia! more

I was very happy with their service 8/8/2011

I wanted to purchase a used truck for my son, but my price range wasn't much. I had been shopping all day when I stopped by. Don and David worked with me. They didn't even have a truck there, but called other dealers to find one. I was very happy with their service. I was getting frustrated because I didn't have much to spend, but they went out of there way for me. more

Plan on coming back 8/3/2011

My son (who is in the Navy)and his wife came in to buy a car that they found on the internet. When we arrived at Car Town Kia we were greeted by a salesman named (Adam Richey). He worked patiently with the kids and me the mother to help them buy their first car. They purchased a dark red 2010 Forte which they love. They drove it to my sons next assigned station in Maryland. They only had to stop for gas one time....AWESOME.... They plan on coming back to buy another vehicle next year. My husband and I will also be back to purchase one in the future. Thanks to Adam Richey and Car Town Kia, my son and his wife had a great experience buying their first car. more

Total joy 7/13/2011

My experience was a total joy. I felt like I was treated like an intelligent individual I was given options to get where I wanted to be and not where they wanted to put me into. They worked very hard to get me in a vehicle and actually got me into a nicer one (optima) than the one I actually came to buy for less than what I want to spend and monthly payment. I would totally buy another car from Jason and the finance staff. My experience was a total pleasure! more

I recommend seeing Kenny at Kia 7/8/2011

We had a great expierence with Kenny. He spent an hour with me going over everything on the 2008 Sorento. Then my wife arrived & he explained everything to her & answered any questions she had to bring her up to speed. We ended up buying the van that night but Greg in finance did call me the next morning to say the loan didn't go through at that rate but he was able to get the same rate with 5/3rd bank. The problem with that is we had to go back to the dealer ship to resign the papers on saturday. All I can say is that Kenny made everything better with his great attitude & he always calls me back (even after we bought the van). If you plan on going to Kia in Nicholasville then I would suggest asking for Kenny & tell him Austin sent ya! more

Anyone looking for a vehicle should go here 7/6/2011

My credit was marginal, but working with Mr. Moore made me feel at ease. My needs and wants were met and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of because of my credit. Anyone looking for a vehicle should ask for him, (David Moore). Everyone was very nice and it didn't take all day to get in and out. more

i love my kia 6/30/2011

I went to Kia with an open mind. I didn't know a lot about Kia but wanted to take them into consideration while shopping. My salesman was James and he spent a great deal of time informing me on the Kia brand. I never would have thought I would buy a car that day but to be honest with you he sold me on the product. I couldn't justify buying anything else. Kia has the best product and warranty in my book. Kia has the most bang for your buck. This is the first car I bought that I didn't second guess the next day. I would recommend a Kia to anyone. more

Everyone at this dealership was super friendly and very informative about the Kia Optima that I purcahsed. Billy Carmicheal was great to work with and had a positive attitude through the entire process. He was not pushy and knew all answers to my questions. I would highly recommend family, friends and coworkers to visit Cartown Kia Nicholasville because of the excellent customeer service of Mr. Carmicheal. more

Car town kia is great 6/14/2011

Car town kia is great they treat you like a person. ive never felt so comfortable in a dealership. they have patio furniture in their show room which i thought was great. i have bad credit but they worked with me and got me into a brand new car. i tell everyone i know to go to kia. ask for james hes great. they will change your mind about car dealerships. more

I contacted 5 Kia dealerships for quotes and this one got back the quickest. My salesman, Chad, was VERY helpful, patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. He wasn't a "pushy salesman" at all and I would recommend him highly! Go to CarTown! more

Everything I was looking for 5/26/2011

I went in to Cartown Kia in search of a truck. I thought it was pretty far fetched that they would have anything but low and behold they had a couple to choose from. The ford ranger they had was perfect!!! It had everything I was looking for. They have a car/truck for everyone. My family and I are lifelong Cartown customers. more

I went to Car Town Kia with the intention of leasing, but after I got there and talked to Matt and he explained everything to me I deceided to purchase a Kia.
