Review content:
We had a great expierence with Kenny. He spent an hour with me going over everything on the 2008 Sorento. Then my wife arrived & he explained everything to her & answered any questions she had to bring her up to speed. We ended up buying the van that night but Greg in finance did call me the next morning to say the loan didn't go through at that rate but he was able to get the same rate with 5/3rd bank. The problem with that is we had to go back to the dealer ship to resign the papers on saturday. All I can say is that Kenny made everything better with his great attitude & he always calls me back (even after we bought the van). If you plan on going to Kia in Nicholasville then I would suggest asking for Kenny & tell him Austin sent ya!
