The customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Someone called me a few hours before my appointment and said that I could come earlier. I went right in only to find that there was at least a 2 hour wait; why did they call me and tell me to come earlier if they were behind schedule? I rescheduled (2 months in advance) for 8:30am - their first appointment of the day. I still had to wait 2 hours, because someone had come in a few minutes before me and they took that car. This was particularly annoying because I specifically asked to be the first in so that I wouldn't have to wait. The tint job didn't come out too well. They were training a new employee and he ruined a few films on my car. After about 3 redo's, the already extremely frustrated worker rushed the job and got me out of there. I waited about a week and noticed that the film started to bubble at the edge of the glass on one of the doors. Also, there were bubbles on a rear window. I called them to schedule an appointment, preferably on a Saturday because I work during the week. In an annoyed tone of voice an employee told me that they are too busy and they only do warranties during the week, during the day. When I tried to explain that this wasn't convenient for me, he hung up on me. The owner followed up shortly. After about 2 months of trying to accomodate both schedules: the Car Pretty Tinting rarely works after 5:30-6pm I was unable to get them to take me on a Saturday, so I had to leave work early to have their mistakes fixed. The guy said that it's a small problem and there is no need to put a new film. The bubble is smaller but it is not completely gone and you can still see it. I am very unhappy with the experience and do not recommend the services of this shop. They always overbook and are constantly behind schedule. If they offer a lifetime satisfaction guaranteed warranty, they should stand behind it and not make it nearly impossible for the customer to be happy.
