I took my car down to get two front windows tinted to match my factory tint. When i got there, they had me waiting for hours because there guys were out tinting some kind of building. With them finally coming back they did my windows and did a decent job. Just came back down the other day and had some dust in my one window which was making lines that were noticeable and bubbles in my other. Since they rushed, they did my driver window and my passenger twice. Now since they rushed, i have a mark on my driver side window from one of their tools. I called the owner Steve, who has no customer service skills whatsoever and basically told me this is ridiculous, you've been in so many times to have it re-done..... Well Steve, maybe if your guys didn't rush the job would be fine and you'd never see me again. But the film is lifetime warranty and they have to honor that no matter how shitty there people skills are because they have none. Really need to work on that and how they treat their customers if they want people to keep coming back..
