my wife took my truck to your shop to get the tire fixxed. the rear driver side tire had a slow leak and she asked to get it fixed and one of the workers "Im not going to call him a mechanic" told my wife that because i put fix-a-flat in it he cant fix it and she should bye a new tire and he would be more then happy to put it on for her. So, now that I know you hire uneducated workers I will never return and will tell my friends and family about your service.... Terry more

I took my car to the Car Doctor at 193 W. Idaho Springs Drive in Pueblo, CO last week and had the worst car repair experience of my life. I was given three estimated times of when my car was to be ready for me to pick up. Each time when I either called or arrived to claim my car it was not ready. I really would have appreciated a call to inform me that there was going to be a delay, but no call was made from Car Doctor. I was hoping their quality of work was going to be better than their customer service. I was sadly wrong. When I finally retrieved my car, three days after Car Doctors first estimated completion date, I began driving my car home. Before I completed this 10 mile drive, I began to hear severe noises coming from under the front end of my car. I had just spent over $2000 at Car Doctor to repair/replace my brakes, shocks, struts, alignment and tires, and now my car is barely drivable. The next morning, I drove my car to another repair shop in Pueblo to fix what Car Doctor had done to my car. My car made so much noise on the way to this repair shop that I was surprised that I made it. $40 more dollars and my car is running nicely again. Car Doctor did not tighten the sway bars in my car during their repair job. I will never take my car to any Car Doctor again! more

We had some needs while on a Road Trip, called a Car Industry friend for a Referral and they immediately refereed us to Car Doctor. We were delighted with their Service and attention as well as their reasonable pricing. Thank You Car Doctor! more

I brought my vehicle to the Pueblo West Car Doctor because of stalling issues. I received a call from them 4 hours later stating that they finally had time to take it for a test drive and they were unable to find out what was wrong. Since it was closing time, they wanted to keep it overnight and try figuring out the problem again the next day. I asked them how much this is costing me, and was told that I already owed them $80 for the failed attempt at diagnostic. I chose to pick up my vehicle and bring it elsewhere. I paid Car Doctor $80 for absolutely nothing. Incidentally, the KNOWLEDGEABLE local independent mechanic I brought it to replaced the battery cable connections and repaired a hose, charged me less than $40 and it has been running beautifully ever since. Car Doctor is overpriced, under-experienced and has rip-off policies. more

My late husband and I have used Car Doctor for years except for the 3 years that we were in Kansas. Now that we have been back since 2009 we have returned to Car Doctor for all of our auto repairs once again and will continue to do so. We have always gotten great service from the staff at Car Doctor. more

I have been going to CAR DOCTOR for 24+ years. There is 3 generations of my family that use the Car Doctor. Until you actually use them or need their help, you won't believe the honesty and fairness and respect given to you as a customer. Nobody works on any of our cars/trucks/SUV'S except CAR DOCTOR. My own parents travel 160+ miles each way, because they only allow the folks @ CAR DOCTOR to touch their vehicles. The folks @ CAR DOCTOR are as honest as can be, and I myself know I don't like paying the prices of some services needed, but I'm a true believer in that you get what you pay for and when you find someone who you trust you stick with them. You are treated 350 fairly and most importantly honestly. They do not beat around the bush, they tell you the truth upfront and there are no hidden fees or charges. You just CANNOT go wrong with these folks. I'm very appreciative to Gordon, Paul and Joe. Thank you for everything you have done for me and all my family thru the years, especially my parents. although it was an emergency repair, and car doctor pueblo west was the closest repair shop, i was very satisfied overall. the emergency repair was finished the same day which saved me from rental/rides from friends/more complications. i have already reccomended this shop to others, and when needed, i will return to it for future service. thank you, john marrella. more

I been a customer for several years now,I recomend them to service your vehicles. Very courteous and professsional.They always give you a courtesy call and let you know whats going on with your automobile, before they fix it or if they happen to find something else that may need fixing later or now to keep you and your family safe and not stranded. Car trouble is never fun, but sometimes it can happen at the worst possible time. When planning a trip because of family illness, our truck's "check engine" light came on. Joe and Jeff in the front office were great - they got the truck right in, explained everything that needed to be explained, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. They even drove me to an appointment while the repairs were being completed. I can't say enough good things about the service and staff at Car Doctor. Thank You! more
