Review content:
I brought my vehicle to the Pueblo West Car Doctor because of stalling issues. I received a call from them 4 hours later stating that they finally had time to take it for a test drive and they were unable to find out what was wrong. Since it was closing time, they wanted to keep it overnight and try figuring out the problem again the next day. I asked them how much this is costing me, and was told that I already owed them $80 for the failed attempt at diagnostic. I chose to pick up my vehicle and bring it elsewhere. I paid Car Doctor $80 for absolutely nothing. Incidentally, the KNOWLEDGEABLE local independent mechanic I brought it to replaced the battery cable connections and repaired a hose, charged me less than $40 and it has been running beautifully ever since. Car Doctor is overpriced, under-experienced and has rip-off policies.
