Capstone Mechanical did fine. The only thing was that there were a communication problems with the billing and stuff. That was it. Everything was good otherwise. more

We built a brand new house in 2009 with Capstone installing our HVAC system. The house is twice the size of our old house and the utilities bills were CHEAPER!!! Service is fantastic too. Love the Carrier Infinity system we got. more

I'm perfectly satisfied with Capstone Mechanical on all accounts, and I do indeed recommend them. I'm just totally satisfied. I do have one thing happening right now though. They scheduled a check up on my air conditioner, but it was raining, so they called to say that they would have to reschedule as they didn't want to track mud in and out of the house. It's been about a week or so, but they haven't scheduled in another time, and we're about to have another rain. Other than that though, everything is fine. more

Better than average. 4/22/2011

We have an old building that we remodeled and restored, and it's difficult to keep the HVAC in order. Capstone Mechanical did a good job of regulating that. They took over from the firm that was doing a poor job of it before. We have been very happy with the person that came out and took charge of it, and it has been a very good experience, service wise. Capstone is wonderful. I would say they're way above a 5! I would recommend them to anyone. They came out when they said they would and repaired my compressor. They got my air conditioner running right away, and there isn't anything I could have asked more of them at all. Freda Branum more

Sometimes it takes them weeks to get parts in and repairs done. They do however come within several hours if an emergency occur. more

Capstone Mechanical was a referral to me. I thought they were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They found the problem with my car and quickly fixed it. My only negative was that they didn't show up for a check-up appointment I had scheduled with them a while back, but I'm sure if I would have called them they would have taken care of it. But I'd still go back to them and highly recommend their services. more

If we ever have any other AC or heating problems, they will be the ones we call. 2/4/2011

My father recommended Capstone Mechanical because they had installed all the AC units for a house he built several years ago as well as his office. I started using them, too, for any problems that we had with our AC. They would come out and fix everything, and their pricing was reasonable. They adjusted one of our AC units so that it was working more efficiently. They also replaced out outside unit and recommended a service that could clean our air vents. The technician, Dustin, was really good. He explained everything so that we understood it. I would definitely recommend calling them if you need help. more

I have a manufacture's warranty on my AC unit, and I called Capstone Mechanical when I was having issues. They helped me get parts and fittings for that AC unit. Overall they were responsive and pretty prompt. They were very nice. It was my first time using them, and I haven't had any trouble since they repaired the unit. It was very good service. more

Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous and Timely. 12/14/2010

Capstone Mechanical has been doing our commercial hvac work for about three years. Their technicians have proven to be very knowledgeable in the work they do. They are quite thorough and I have never known of them to take any shortcuts in the repair of any of our hvac units. They are very good at explaining what needs to be done and why, as well as recommending service that needs to be done to prevent future problems. They are generally on time and there when they say they will be there. All of the Capstone technicians and office staff that I've dealt with have always been professional and courteous. Capstone Mechanical has also replace an electric water heater for us. The same can be said of those technicians, coordinators and sales staff. I really appreciate the fine service that Capstone Mechanical has provided to us. I know that I can depend on them when I need them. more
