Review content:
Capstone Mechanical has been doing our commercial hvac work for about three years. Their technicians have proven to be very knowledgeable in the work they do. They are quite thorough and I have never known of them to take any shortcuts in the repair of any of our hvac units. They are very good at explaining what needs to be done and why, as well as recommending service that needs to be done to prevent future problems. They are generally on time and there when they say they will be there. All of the Capstone technicians and office staff that I've dealt with have always been professional and courteous.
Capstone Mechanical has also replace an electric water heater for us. The same can be said of those technicians, coordinators and sales staff. I really appreciate the fine service that Capstone Mechanical has provided to us. I know that I can depend on them when I need them.
