Capstone has been outstanding in maintaining, repairing and servicing our heating and air conditioning equipment. Dustin Upmore is the best service person I have ever used--conscienscious, prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I would definately recommend this company. more

I only had Capstone Mechanical come once, and it was just average. My roommate told me I needed to have the unit checked this Spring, and when they came they told me the same, that I should have it checked before every summer and winter. All they did was put some Freon or something in it. more

The technicians know what they are doing, which is comforting. They have been timely in getting to the work - especially appreciated in an emergency situation, i.e. peak summer temps without air conditioning. They have given me an all-around great experience. more

We have called Capstone twice now since moving to our new home. Both Capstone technicians were professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ralph even helped us with a plumbing problem not originally on the work order! He repaired in five minutes what two other plumbers could not fix. We will always call Capstone from this point forward! more

They call you to remind you it is time for service. The techs are courteous and professional. They keep you informed of what the current status is and of future needs they see when they are there. The service plan saves you money on other service calls. more

I had two AC units here and one was not working correctly. I saw that they were on the Waco's Best list and saw that Capstone Mechanical was rated among the best in the Waco area, so I decided to use them. It was really great to see how they were doing things. The guys at Capstone Mechanical did way beyond what was required! They cleaned out the units, replaced the filters, and checked the units to see if they were running efficiently. I was impressed by all this and just blown away. Capstone Mechanical offers good service and I'm glad I got to contact them. They're friendly and patient. They weren't rushing even though they were in blazing heat! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. A house is a big asset and I wanted people who are confident, as well as friendly and people I could trust. You definitely find these characteristics in Capstone Mechanical. more

Committed to Excellence 8/7/2011

My condenser motor died recently so my unit could not keep up with cooling my house. With two little ones and this triple digit heat, I needed it fixed quickly. I called Capstone and had repairmen here the same day. Despite the age of my system (25 years old!), they were able to locate a new motor and had my system cooling again in no time. My previous experiences with Capstone have all been great. The repairmen are courteous, competent and thorough, and the engineer who inspected my system gave me a lot of good information and an honest assessment of its capabilities. I highly recommend Capstone for your HVAC needs. more

They go all out for you and really care about their customers. They did an excellent job servicing our Amana A/C and did not stop until they found the problem. It was fixed right away. These are very good and caring service people. I highly recommend them. more

We have a big house, and it has 4 heating and air conditioning units, some of which are geothermal units. The house is about 10 years old, and we've had some problems over the years. Things have needed to be repaired or replaced in that time, and Capstone Mechanical has done a good job. Sometimes the technician may not be as familiar with the geothermal systems as I would like, but they have been good. There are a couple of guys over there who really know their stuff. We have had them come out and to analyses so that we can save money where we can, and they have done a good job there too. Bob Gross more
