Joe arrived on schedule and provided an estimate while at my home. They were flexible scheduling the repair visit with parts and a second technician since lifting a dryer was necessary. The washer door bellows was installed and appliances were put back in place without difficulty. more

Older model washer; wasn't spinning the clothes after rinse cycle: Tech did thorough check of everything and the machine was working fine I did have to pay a service call but was just happy no major problems And he did check belts, motor etc and said they all looked fine Overall I was very pleased with their service Have had them before and very reputable more

I broke my moms little glass container on her Miele built in coffee system and Capritta Apliances store in W.Melbourne was kind and very quick at locating and ordering the piece for me asap, called me when it arrived and the whole staff were all very friendly and proffesional. Thank you!! more

I called on a Saturday morning when my refrigerator stopped working. Austin came out in under an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. I couldn't believe they were able to respond so quickly on a weekend. more

Colby worked tirelessly to find the problem source. Although he could not unveil the issue, by thawing the ice block around the tube leading to the refrigerator coils, the refrigerator is holding temp correctly now. I am wondering if the refrigerator door was left ajar by my elderly mother, and it caused the unit to keep cooling which caused the ice up on the coil and consequently made the defroster overwork. Would this have led to the freezer and refrigerator temperature rise?? more

Justin was absolutely fabulous on thst he got to the problem and down to work right away, finding the problems on both machines. Fixed dryer immediately and then went on to studying the problem with dishwasher, and ordered the parts right away so I could have them on time for my children arriving for Christmas. Believe me, it's not only hard to hang wet clothes on the line but triply hard to do piles of dishes by hand when dishwasher doesn't work. I used to do both of them years ago but thank goodness for machines as now, at 72 years. I'm very grateful to have these machines and never realized how I took them for granted before! Thank you for businesses like you! more

I had a "warranty" service that turned out to not cover repairs for my high end Kenmore appliance. I called Capritta and they showed up on time and professionally and courteously assessed and repaired my appliances. Simply, I will not use any other company for my service needs. more
