Colby worked tirelessly to find the problem source. Although he could not unveil the issue, by thawing the ice block around the tube leading to the refrigerator coils, the refrigerator is holding temp correctly now. I am wondering if the refrigerator door was left ajar by my elderly mother, and it caused the unit to keep cooling which caused the ice up on the coil and consequently made the defroster overwork. Would this have led to the freezer and refrigerator temperature rise??
