Great service and response time! Realized we had a broken window pain in our front bay window this morning...within an hour of my call to Caplan they had someone out to measure the window. Within another hour I'd gotten a call with an estimate and just a few hours later my window is repaired. The guys that came out were quick and friendly. more

Good Service 3/18/2009

My house was broken into today and caplan brothers came within an hour of my call. There salesman who came to measure my window was more than happy to help me. He had called in the measurements and within a few hours my window was replaced and at a great price for such an emergency. Pros: Happy to help you and fast Cons: none at all more

A great place 3/18/2009

my store was broken into and i was unable to open my store until i had my main windows replaced. I called caplans emergency service and within a hour they were here and measuring. Within another few hours they had my window fixed up and ready to roll. Thank you Caplan Bros. Pros: Great customer service more

Horrible service... 4/16/2008

Caplan replaced our glass door, which broke 1 month later due to improper installation. They were unwilling to replace it, stating that I should have known that it was installed imoproperly -- what the hell? I am not a glass expert and only learned once it broke that the glass should have been secured with glass tacks, etc... more

  • Doing business for nearly a century, CAPLAN BROS., INC. was founded by Louis Caplan in the early 1920's on East Fayette Street in Baltimore, Maryland. His brothers Ben, Aaron, Sol, and Meyer joined him to become the leading window glass replacement provider in Central Maryland. The company expanded with locations at Central Avenue, Caroline and Lombard Streets. and added aluminum storefront and windows to its product line. In 1978, the company moved to its current 55,000 square foot warehouse on 700 W. Hamburg St. which is near Camden Yards and Ravens Stadium.. |Free Estimates
