I've been going to Capello's Salon in East Amherst for the past few years and absolutely love it! I see Liz K. and she is fantastic. I never know the latest fashion or popular color for the season but Liz is always up to date with the latest styles. Everyone that works there is always so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Capello's in East Amherst.... and make sure you see Liz K! more

I used to love going for hair and spa services. I was a loyal customer for years but I don't go anymore after a horrible customer service experience! There was an appointment mix up, first time ever, and the salon charged me for it. I left 3 messages asking for the owner to call me because I had never missed an appointment and I felt the scheduling mistake was not mine. I understand mistakes happen but I don't understand disrespect! The owner, John, should have called!! more

First Class Salon and Hairdressers 1/8/2012

I started going to Capello's for an appointment in a wedding party. Now it is my salon of choice for my monthly color and cut. Easy to make an appointment and always an excellent stylist to attend to my needs. Sara is always professional in the way she cuts and styles and is quick to add her personal touch to keep my hair style updated and easy to manage. Love the products she suggests to keep the cut looking it's best until my next appointment. I've also used the salon services and they are topnotch also. Love this salon for it's friendly personnel and professional attitudes. more

Capello's is wonderful 10/29/2011

I've been going to Capello's Salon for years and I think it's the best salon in Buffalo. I love the Capello's on Transit Rd in East Amherst. It's modern and fantastic. Liz is the hairstylest that I see on a regular basis. Her skills are amazing! I never know what style or color is in fashion but she knows all the new products and colors and styles for every season. I always leave feeling and looking great! Not only does Capello's have amazing hair stylests and color experts but also amazing manicures,pedicures and massage therapists. Capello's salon is a must visit!!!! more

Every service is EXCELLENT 6/11/2011

I have been going to Joe for about 30 years, and I am always treated like an old friend and a valued client.The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always goes the extra mile to be sure you leave happy! I use their wax services, mani-pedi, and massage, and I have never had a complaint. Today I had a pedicure that was so gentle and relaxing that I slept thru it (thank you Kelly), and my legs and feet feel like satin! And BONUS...I can honestly say that my pedis done at Capellos outlast any other business I've ever visited, which I attribute to the high quality of the products they use. Shelly C. more

Attentive, Friendly & Awesome Staff! 5/15/2011

I had watched Joe in action several times while having other services done at Capellos...after have a rather upsetting and unsatisfying visit with my former salon, I decided to make an appointment with Joe. I have not turned back and will never leave Capellos. He is amazing! I always get compliments on the highlights in my hair and on the cut. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied...the salon is beautiful...not stuffy...professional...and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new look! more

Very happy with my first visit 4/17/2011

This was my first visit to Capello's and was always a little intimidated to try them because I had heard they were snooty and expensive. I had my hair cut and colored by Melissa A and found that what I had previously heard was not true at all. Melissa was very friendly and receptive to what I was looking for. She gave me some good ideas on what to do with my color and I was very happy with what she did. As for the price, they aren't any more expensive than all of the other salons in the area so I found them to be priced very fairly. I will definately go back. more

Best Spa in Amherst 4/17/2010

This is the mostly creditable place to have a pedicure, manicure, massage, facial, or any hair service. They are so nice and friendly and always do an amazing job. Pros: Great Customer Service more
