I used to love going for hair and spa services. I was a loyal customer for years but I don't go anymore after a horrible customer service experience! There was an appointment mix up, first time ever, and the salon charged me for it. I left 3 messages asking for the owner to call me because I had never missed an appointment and I felt the scheduling mistake was not mine. I understand mistakes happen but I don't understand disrespect! The owner, John, should have called!!
