Just thought I'd drop a note to let everyone know that this is the salon to go to! Shai, the owner of the salon, has been coloring my hair for the last 10 years and it gets better everytime! I've never had the same look and I always get compliments on the color no matter where I go. We women make a lot of sacrifices in life, but ladies... your hair shouldn't be one of them! \r PS...Even my boyfriend stopped going to the barber and goes to Shai! more

Great salon 9/8/2006

I enjoy going to capella salon. I can go on sunday's, my hair always gets comments, positive and my clor andhighlights last. Shai is the best. I love Martha also. Pros: great parking, always on time more

Shani is incredible. I literally went to about ten people before finding her. It doesnt get better! She is incredibly thorough and takes the time to get every stray hair. Very comfortable room with nice music as well. If you stop by be sure to get a relaxing facial too...I just got back from seeing and was so pumped about my facial and eyebrows I decided to post a review! \r \r Pros: Good Price, great atmosphere, easy parking Cons: She can get booked...call ahead! more

I have been to shauna several times now and every time i walk out i love my hair more than ever! she is great with color and my hair has never felt and looked as great as it does when she cuts it! shes also incredibly sweet! check her out if your looking for a great new hair stylist! you'll love her. more

MANDY IS THE BEST 4/26/2006

not only has she been giving me amazing haircuts over the past 6 months (they grow out so well!), but she took me from a blonde (had been highlighting for past 19 years) but to a brunette and the color is PERFECT. I am getting more compliments and the care she took in the color process was meticulous. I definitely felt I was in good hands - and I was! The color is gorgeous - I am so lucky to have found her!!! SHANI ROX!!! - GET EYEBROWS AND FACIAL! 2/27/2006

SHANI IS AMAZING. I am in law school in DC and every time I come in town I make a point to get a facial as a treat to myself. I have had so many facials and absolutely nothing compares to Shani. The atmosphere is great and Shani does a great job of making you feel relaxed. Once you are done you will want to lay there for hours! \r \r I also grow my eyebrows out before I come in town so Shani can do them. I have thick eyebrows that I don't let anyone but Shani touch because she is the only one I trust. GOOD PRICES TOO! Even if you don't live in the valley she is worth driving the extra couple miles to go see. \r \r LOOOOOOVE HER!@#@! Pros: Shani, parking behind the building, good prices, relaxing ambience, friendly and competant staff Cons: DON'T LIVE HERE SO I CAN'T GO EVERY WEEK! more

Referral 2/14/2006

I was referred to Karen by a friend. I had the best color I've ever had! She is very experienced and knows what will look the best on you. I highly reccomend this salon, and stylist. If you need a new outlook on life, or just an update, you should see Karen. She gave me a change for the best! more

Kiana is the bomn 10/23/2005

If you are black or of mixed race or any race for that matter, Kiana will hook you up...She does the best flat iron without the heat of regular salons. I went in to get highlights and it turned out to be the best thing I could have ever done. She was quick, efficient and very nice. She even told me that if I didn't like it in a couple of days, I could come back and she would adjust the color. Now that is great service with a great smile to boot. I went to capella salon and loved it. Ive been to so a million salons none as great as this one! my stylist was kristy, the color was amazing and i have since been back and had her do my extensions, I love them! I get so many compliments. I would highly recomend her. Pros: good parking, friendly more

Great Experience !!! 4/24/2005

Thank you Capella & CitySearch !!! I searched this site and checked out a few salons in Studio City, and Capella was by far the best looking and convenient to get to. Parking was easy, their web site was informative and the service was spectacular. I have a new look and it's so hot. They used some kind of enzyme and my hair is so much healthier. I was so pleased with the experience. Ialso had my eyebrows arched and they are perfect. THANK YOU !!!! Pros: hip, new approach, price Cons: i wish i knew sooner more

BEST SALON IN THE VALLEY (MAYBE L.A) 4/24/2005

I've gone to a million salons and have never been as satisfied with my hair as I have been since going to Capella. After having my hair done on several different occasions, I've consistently been extremely happy (and have gotten many compliments.) From the cut to the color to the cool atmosphere, it's amazing! The best salon in the valley !!! 4/24/2005

My friend found Capella on citysearch.com and told me about her pleasant experience so I sent my husband to see Shai. He came home with a great cut and some color (he's getting grey) and was so happy. I went with my girlfriend and I had just a cut, but my friend got this amazing color. I decided to have my hair colored for the first time in my life and I love it !!! It's fun having good hair. A few of our friends have gone as well. I've seen other people leave the salon with gorgeous hair. We've found a new home for our hair. Thank you Shai & Capella Salon. Pros: cutting edge, friendly, good parking more
