tarted my treck with this place in january...its April and still haven't rec'd contacts to even take home and try yet...These doctors are great but the management staff is horrendous. Each time I come in its another three to four weeks of wait time for the following appt...they don't bump someone up in schedule when they have already been seen by docs...They tell me the contacts are still on order...4 weeks later...really? I have to be the one to call and ask what the status is...they don't even give a heads up to where I am in process...some of the folks that pick up the phone have no customer service skills whatsoever...it's as if I am bothering them and taking time away from whatever they are doing...which is usually sitting in office right behind front counter so we can see they have nothing to do... more

The eye care is very good but trying to get glasses there is not a good experience. You always get an answering machine in the optical department and they don't call back when you try to find out if your glasses are ready. One time I sat for an hour to have glasses fitted because they claimed they did not know I was there (I had signed in). more

I went to order glasses about Sept 7th of 2011. I picked out frames and went through the paperwork process. I was even asked at the time whether or not I wanted to pick my glasses up at the downtown office because I have general assistance insurance. I didn't think too much of it at the time because my original file was there. I chose to pick up at the hamilton office. I went back on Oct 15th to see why I heard nothing was told my eyewear may be back the following Wed the19th.Today is the 26th there seems to be no record of my glasses being ordered. Hummmm..... more

I came here after i had gotten caught in the eye and my eye was partially paralized. They spent weeks helping me and spent the time to call and check up on me. more
