tarted my treck with this place in january...its April and still haven't rec'd contacts to even take home and try yet...These doctors are great but the management staff is horrendous. Each time I come in its another three to four weeks of wait time for the following appt...they don't bump someone up in schedule when they have already been seen by docs...They tell me the contacts are still on order...4 weeks later...really? I have to be the one to call and ask what the status is...they don't even give a heads up to where I am in process...some of the folks that pick up the phone have no customer service skills whatsoever...it's as if I am bothering them and taking time away from whatever they are doing...which is usually sitting in office right behind front counter so we can see they have nothing to do...
