Campbell Ford Performance

I've been a customer of Campbell Ford ever since Swanson Ford in Los Gatos closed. Every service has been done on time without ANY surprises. I've always been impressed with the quality of their work, and the friendly atmosphere. Whenever I've gone to the dealership, I always have the feeling that their padding the work order, and looking for up-sell opportunities. I would highly recommend Campbell Performance Ford! more

I have a vehicle that other repair shops shuddered when I asked about my wife's 1988 Lincoln Mk7 LSC. Yes, in it's day it was the ""State of the Art"" car. Ford pioneered American anti lock brakes as well as other features that are now considered standard equipment on most cars. Because of the technology at the time (remedial on board computer systems) their ABS system was complicated but extremely effective. The Campbell Ford Performance knew what the problem was and fixed it with minimal charge! more

I was charged nearly $100 bucks for a road test to diagnose a engine problem. Car never left the parking lot because they noticed the tires were bald and needed replacement, (work I also would have wanted done). They told me they didn't do tires, and refuses to refund me the $100 dollars for the road test THEY NEVER DID! I got new tires and brought the car back, and they refused to do the road test without charging me again. I guess they have too much work, they would rather cheat a customer out of a small bill than actually earn their money. I would never give them my business again. Worst crookery from a mechanic I've ever seen. Pros: None from my experiance. Cons: Over crowded parking lot. mouthy customer service. Blantant crooks. more

I called around to many different automotive places to fix the broken vent box in my Ford Explorer and Campbell Ford Performance was the most fair and reasonable. I enjoyed my experience and they did a great job. I would go there again in a heartbeat! more
