I am not much of a mechanic, so I do not know how much my review of an auto repair place is worth. But I like these guys. I have been here twice for small things, this last time for my brakes. They open early, so you can take and drop off your car. more

Nice repair shop 8/2/2011

Love to have a company so close that is a specialist in Ford cars that way I don't have to get frustrated with the dealerships. They take care of my brakes and tune ups and just about any repair that I have needed work done on. more

Oh yeah! I like this place the only thing they do is specialize only on Ford. I always bring in my Mustang for tune-up, and repairs. They do a great job, and my Ford is still rolling strong! Thank you. more

Courteous and reliable 7/12/2011

Took my Ford Escape here for maintenance instead of another place because they told me I needed new front brake rotors and pads. They were going to charge me ~$600 for parts and labor. Told them no thanks! Looked around and made an appointment at Campbell Ford Performance. They did the job in 2 hours and resurfaced the rotors instead of replacing them. Cost me $200 instead. These guys are fast, courteous, honest, and reliable! more

Great Service ! 7/7/2011

My air conditioner was not pumping out cold air so I brought my vehicle into there facility, they fixed the problem in a good amount of time, they also explained in detail what they worked on and fixed. Thanks Campbell Ford. more

Reliable and honest 6/30/2011

This place is very reliable and honest. I've brought in my truck a couple times with separate problems and Campbell Ford was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed the same day. The service here is awesome. more

Reliable Auto Mechanic 6/3/2011

Awesome place to go if you need a reliable auto mechanic in the area. Prices and parts are cheaper than your local dealership and these guys can get the job done. They'll also call you to let you know what needs to be done and how much it will be. I've never had a problem here. more

Reasonable prices 5/31/2011

I bring my Expedition here, and these guys have won my trust. I had a small leak in my power steering, and after discussion, decided not to fix that. They've done all my other small repairs to complete satisfaction. I like it that they check all my car's fluids and tire pressures when i get the oil changed. Reasonable prices, too. more

Great place 5/26/2011

Took the Focus here about a year ago (I've since moved) as there was some trouble with the clutch. First of all their shop and appearance are crystal clean - with a few HOT project cars sitting in some of the bays - including some classic mustangs (which tells me they are true blood ford mechanics).The clutch just needed a slight adjustment. Under $50 and great communication - they called 2x during the day to keep us up to date with the progress.I'd recommend this place over Frontier any day. more

I will never take my car to another auto shop. I've been here with my Civic for large and small repairs, and they always do me (and Big Red) right. Always explain what's going on in words I understand, never do a dollar's more work than they deem necessary, and call with any updates. more

Honest 5/10/2011

As a young woman I am wary of auto repair shops. Like most others, I simply drive my car and am glad it works, and have no idea how to fix the inner workings when something breaks. Therefore, I constantly worry that when I walk into an auto repair shop, I am a target for scam artists - Scam artist car repair men who realize that if they tell me something expensive is broken and I need to fix it, I won't be able to know if they are telling the truth or not, and inevitably, will pay for them to fix it.About 2 years ago, a friend recommended that I use Campbell Ford Performance for a problem I was having with my car. Not only were they beyond nice and accommodating to my busy professional schedule, they explained the problem, showed me the problem, and gave me the best price. more

We have received the most thorough service! Not only all the problems have been diagnosed and fixed at the most reasonable price. (One of the "minor" problems turned out to be a faulty alternator.) They have followed up with us relentlessly. At any moment, we knew exactly what was being done to the car, when the ordered parts were arriving, etc. more

Quality work... NO surprises! 5/3/2011

I've been a customer of Campbell Ford ever since Swanson Ford in Los Gatos closed. Every service has been done on time without ANY surprises. I've always been impressed with the quality of their work, and the friendly atmosphere. Whenever I've gone to the dealership, I always have the feeling that their padding the work order, and looking for up-sell opportunities. I would highly recommend Campbell Performance Ford! more
