Not setup for success 1/9/2014

I recently brought my 08 Ford Fusion in for an engine problem that was caused by a computer error/electrical problem, casuing coals to melt,sparkplugs to misfire etc. They were unable to figure out the cause of the problem and said they did not have the equipiment to make a complete diagnosis.The codes were not coming up or something along those lines. They voiced their frustration since they recently purchased new equipment from Ford that should have allowed them to make the correct readings. So I don't want to knock them completly. They reffered me to the Ford Dealership shop saying they would be equipped to handle the problem. I appreciate their openess and honesty but I feel a "Ford Authorized Mechanic" and a shop with "Ford Performence" in its name should be fully equipped to handle every and all Ford problems. I would still return to this shop in the future. more

Workmanship is outstanding as is the timeliness. Advice and recommendations are sensitive to customer concerns with the trade-off of cost and reliability of the repaired vehicle. Then, the price is far lower than Ford dealer service. more

I dropped my truck off the night before (very convenient to have the drop box). They called me in the morning already fixing half the problems, with a price I could not have gotten any place else. They were honest, efficient. more

Honest and Competent Ford Escape Service 7/9/2013

The previous owner of our Ford Escape highly recommended Campbell Ford so we gave them a try several years ago. Each time we have Service on the car we are re-impressed by their honesty, knowledge, and competency. The mechanics are top-notch and know how to get the job done right the first time. more

My car was damaged after the ignition key was drilled out in an attempt to steal the car. Campbell Ford Performance was able to find an obsolete steering column and get my car back on the road for a very reasonable price. They paid attention to the little details like replacing a fuse so that my buzzers now work. I had been going to dealerships to get the car serviced, paying more, and getting less satisfaction. Since I have been going to Campbell Ford Performance, the car has been running better than ever. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs. more

Above and Beyond Service 6/15/2013

I needed some muffler work on my ford- Bob not only called me quickly with what was wrong with it but was willing to drive it to a local specialty shop to fix the issue, then drive it back for me to pick up at ford. It was all done within one work day, at no extra inconvenience to myself. This would have been extremely hard for me to take care of that day, so it really was incredible customer service. Thank you so much Bob and team! more
