I thought that they were expensive, but the Teamsters insurance was paying so I didn't mind as much. You always have to wait, even if you have an appointment. I had an appointment canceled after driving up from the cape while on vacation, a 1 1/2 hour trip. They called 10 minutes before I arrived, and couldn't ""fit me in"" for at least another week. Today, when I asked for a price to replace 2 sets of lenses, in my frames, I was quoted $238. I asked again for both? Yes was the answer. Later the price was for each pair. A complete waste of my time. I don't trust them and will never go to a chain optometrist again. I am going back to my family optometrist, who couldn't work for Teamster rates, but is fair and keeps his appointments. He doesn't have a fancy mall address, but that's not what I am paying for. Buyer beware.
Pros: easy to get to and park
Cons: very very expensive
