Review content:
Realizing that my daughter was very overdue in getting an eye exam, I began my telephone search to find someone who could do the exam within the next few days. Upon calling Cambridge Eye in Franklin, I was assisted very efficiently in finding an appointment that would accommodate my daughter's work schedule. Later that same week, I accompanied her to pick out a pair of glasses. When we arrived, my daughter had selected the frames that she had looked at during the appointment. After trying on several different styles, I realized we needed to quickly make the purchase in order to arrive at our next appoinment on time. In spite of the fact that the office was busy, we were waited on by Kathleen Fay who was extremely efficient in completing the transaction and we left the store with time to spare. Service was great!!
