Pool time....A lovely pool resides within this complex...A pool that, as far as I can tell, is rarely open. Perhaps it is simply my poor luck, but the pool that is supposed to be...

Pool time....A lovely pool resides within this complex...A pool that, as far as I can tell, is rarely open. Perhaps it is simply my poor luck, but the pool that is supposed to be open until 8pm every night other than Monday rarely is, regardless of beautiful weather. Given that I also have had poor experience with the quality of the apartment (though not the maintenance staff's dedication to their job), this is disappointment. The management here is certainly the crux of the problem. more

Unsafe, ladies beware 2/20/2012

I have lived here for almost a year now, and let me explain why i fear for any woman who moves into thismplace, it took weeks to fix the lights in the parking lot where local teenagers hang around harassing residents, our up stairs neighbor harassed and threatened us and management did nothing, other then say ""how horrible that must have been"". He called us names and threatened to come down to get us , dog poo everywhere, no one cleans up after their dogs, the front door the building was broken off, and i had to all the fire marshall to get it fixed, the complex wouldnt or couldnt fix it. And the handy man lost our key and they asked for our copy so he could make a new one...... We did get them to chnage the locks, but it took alot of work. This place is downright unsafe. They care nothing for your quality of life and have the police on standby for the liud fights and noisey teenagers because the local office does nothing more

Huge rip off, don't fall for the trap 2/7/2012

This is the most awful place i have ever lived. The staff is rude and the service is just non existant. The rent is ridiculous compared to other apartments in the area and it is a total waste of your money. I live on the second floor with my 11 (was 9 when we moved in) and the hallways light were out for a month before someone woudl fix them, it completely dark. There is also a ""security"" door on the front of the building that has not worked for the two years I have been there. I am having a house built and needed to renew my lease for only 3 months and they mpre then DOUBLED my cuurent rent plus you have to pay your own water, which i have no idea how they know what water you specifically use in an apartment, plus trash removal. They also require you to steam clean the carpets when you move out however I have seen 5 people move out in my court in the past 3 months (that should tell you something) and they replaced the carpet in ALL % apartments. Please don't get taken advantage of like myself and th epthers on here. This place i struely horrible. If i listed all the dangerous awful things I have encountered being there I'd be typing for a week!!!! more

WARNING: Don't Waste your Time! 12/28/2011

This apartment is not worth it. They never fix the maintenance problems correctly and use there 'automated system' as an excuse to charge you more every year. We paid our rent on time for 3 years, and it takes them weeks to replace broken appliances. We also had a family of squirrels living in our ceilings! We complained about the squirrels on several occasions and the problem was never fixed! Imagine the filth that they create that probably affects that quality of air in our apartment. This is a disgusting place that hires un-qualified 'temps' that tell tenants lies. There were a ton of bugs in our 'new' dryer they gave us! It is such a disgusting place! more

Don't Rent Here!!!! 2/8/2011

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in!!! The apartments are very old and we have had to put in over 30 maintenance requests in the less than 2 months that we've lived here! The washer/dryer was non-functioning when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to finally replace it. They had to replace the water heater because the shower went cold after 7 minutes! (I timed it!) And even now it still goes cold if two showers are running or if you?re doing laundry (even on cold) and taking a shower. The heating system blows out cool air, and I have put in 3 maintenance requests to fix it, yet they keep saying it?s fine! The office staff NEVER picks up the phone when you call so you always have to leave a message. And once I had an issue and walked up to the office and no one was in the office even though it was during business hours! And this is just the tip of the iceberg!! This place is ridiculous! I will definitely be moving out as soon as my lease is up!!!!!!! more
