This is the most awful place i have ever lived. The staff is rude and the service is just non existant. The rent is ridiculous compared to other apartments in the area and it is a total waste of your money. I live on the second floor with my 11 (was 9 when we moved in) and the hallways light were out for a month before someone woudl fix them, it completely dark. There is also a ""security"" door on the front of the building that has not worked for the two years I have been there. I am having a house built and needed to renew my lease for only 3 months and they mpre then DOUBLED my cuurent rent plus you have to pay your own water, which i have no idea how they know what water you specifically use in an apartment, plus trash removal. They also require you to steam clean the carpets when you move out however I have seen 5 people move out in my court in the past 3 months (that should tell you something) and they replaced the carpet in ALL % apartments. Please don't get taken advantage of like myself and th epthers on here. This place i struely horrible. If i listed all the dangerous awful things I have encountered being there I'd be typing for a week!!!!
