This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in!!! The apartments are very old and we have had to put in over 30 maintenance requests in the less than 2 months that we've lived here! The washer/dryer was non-functioning when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to finally replace it. They had to replace the water heater because the shower went cold after 7 minutes! (I timed it!) And even now it still goes cold if two showers are running or if you?re doing laundry (even on cold) and taking a shower. The heating system blows out cool air, and I have put in 3 maintenance requests to fix it, yet they keep saying it?s fine! The office staff NEVER picks up the phone when you call so you always have to leave a message. And once I had an issue and walked up to the office and no one was in the office even though it was during business hours! And this is just the tip of the iceberg!! This place is ridiculous! I will definitely be moving out as soon as my lease is up!!!!!!!
