Can I just rave about this company!! WOW! My furnace died on the weekend and I called Scott, the owner, and he came out on personally to service my furnace. \r \r He was so professional and nice. I was amazed at his patience as I asked him question after question about my hot water heater, my water softener, my radiant heating, my filter and more. \r \r I bought my house a year ago and I've never known how to work everything. He took the time to show me how to fix and maintain my systems and did some trouble shooting on some of my other "house issues."\r \r He didn't even charge me for all his expertise and time. I was fully anticipating paying him for his time, but he refused. Luckily, I had some fresh homemade bread and I was able to convince him to at least take a loaf.\r \r I guess what I'm saying is . . . if you need an HVAC guy, Call Climate Services is the way to go! 5 glowing stars. I had Call Climate service my AC today. He was very professional and thorough. He addressed the problem quickly, fixed it, and charged a very fair price. I have heard horror stories about other AC companies and am very glad that Call was recommended to me. I would definitely use them again. more

Scott Call and his crew did an outstanding job repairing my A/C unit. This unit was repaired by another company last year. Not only did the other company charge me 3x the amount that Call did, but they did not truly fix the problem. Needless to say, 1 year later, here I am again in need of a repair. Scott responded quickly to my request for service, diagnosed the problem, and truly repaired the system, all for a fraction of the price of his competitors. The work was excellent, the service was excellent, and the price unbeatable. Don't go anywhere else for your heating and cooling needs! more

Excellent business! When I want a job done, I want it done right. I definitely got exactly what I wanted-an incredible A/C and furnace system. I love my new A/C and furnace from Call Climate! They did an amazing job. I would definitely reccomend that you call them. They were reasonably priced (I had 6 quotes before I chose a company), knowledgeable, honest, and their work was fantastic and quick! They were very clean and courteous (very important, I have a 18 mnth old son that loves screws and tools) They came highly reccomended by my parents that had a system put in a year or so ago. My home has 4 levels and every level is very comfortable, I can't even tell that the furnace is running because it is so quiet, and the A/C chills me to the bone within minutes (that's a good thing in my book!). A definite plus-my city's building inspector was VERY impressed with their work. Last year we needed to replace our air conditioner and furnace. We chose Call Climate after checking other companies and are so very pleased with them. First of all it was during those terribly hot summer days of 100 degrees and it would be over the week-end before all could be completed. We were amazed that they brought us a portable air conditioner for our bedroom for those 2 days so that we could get a good nights sleep. We have lived in our home for over 30 years, and being a split level we never felt even temperature in our home. Now with the Lennox air and furnace we are enjoying great comfort year round. The owner went out of his way to be sure we were happy with our new systems. If I had any difficulty in setting the thermostat or had any concerns they came and helped me without charge. Last summer we had got bids to install a furnace and A C. Call Climate was in the middle of the pack. We chose Call because they said they could fix a problem we had with rooms that wouldn't heat. Other bidders said it couldn't be fixed. Well it worked. \r They were fast, on time, and clean. The bib did not change. And we have recommended them and still do. more

About a year ago my AC broke down. So i called a company to come out and look at it. They told me that i would have to replace my whole system. I had doubts because it was only two years old so i called Call Climate. Scott and Kyle came out and looked at my AC and told me that it was just a simple problem. They replaced the part and were out within two hours. They also are very kind, they were honest with me, and respectful. I would reccomend Call Climate to anyone! more

I have been so impressed by the quality of service I have received from Scott, Dustin and the whole team at Call Climate. When my furnace shut down last fall they immediately came over to check it out. They took the time to show me what the problem was and explained how we could fix it. They gave me multiple options to choose from to fix the old furnace or replace it with a better quality, energy efficient one. They were timely, clean, and well experienced professionals who went the extra mile for me. I had a new funace in just a couple of days with new duct work and a superior filter attached. I am so thrilled with the work they did and my health has improved so much with this new heating system! We had Scott install a new Furnace and AC unit 2 years ago, we got a couple bids and Scott was middle of the road as far as price, but he was recommended by a friend and we decided to use him. We had just purchased the house and were every excited to start remodeling it. I will never forget Scott saying to me, after he had been awarded the contract "why do people pay so much for these small houses in sugarhouse, when you can get something much newer and bigger in Centerville, where I live?" First, who says that? and second, Centerville vs. Sugarhouse, have you heard the saying, location, location, location. To each his own, but some tact would be nice. \r \r Unlike the previous review, our price did change, not drastically but it did increase a couple hundred dollars. What I have been most disappointed with was the actual product, our AC has never worked properly, when you spend upwards of $6,000 on new AC/Furnace, you expect it to cool your house, well it has always struggled, on days o more

We used Call Climate to replace our furnace and install a central air conditioner. We were very pleased by their service, hard work, and integrity. They had to work in a very narrow space to get our furnace in, and they ended up having to install several adapters, etc to get everything to work in our home. In the end, they stuck with their original quote to us, even though it cost them more than anticipated to do the job. They were very professional and did a great job.
