We had Scott install a new Furnace and AC unit 2 years ago, we got a couple bids and Scott was middle of the road as far as price, but he was recommended by a friend and we decided to use him. We had just purchased the house and were every excited to start remodeling it. I will never forget Scott saying to me, after he had been awarded the contract "why do people pay so much for these small houses in sugarhouse, when you can get something much newer and bigger in Centerville, where I live?" First, who says that? and second, Centerville vs. Sugarhouse, have you heard the saying, location, location, location. To each his own, but some tact would be nice. \r

Unlike the previous review, our price did change, not drastically but it did increase a couple hundred dollars. What I have been most disappointed with was the actual product, our AC has never worked properly, when you spend upwards of $6,000 on new AC/Furnace, you expect it to cool your house, well it has always struggled, on days o
