After a lot of research and three consultations, I found Dr. Smaili and the California Surgical Institute. I chose Dr. Smaili for his technique, the quality of work you could see in his before and after pictures and for the confidence he gave me in his ability to give me the best results. Dr. Smaili performed several procedures at once and I could not be more pleased. My breasts look natural and proportionate with my body, my tummy is flat, with beautiful definition and my belly button looks great again! My only regret is that I didn't do all this 20 years ago. Do your homework, check Dr. Smaili's background and education and I believe you will find him to be one of the best Doctors around. whatever these reviews say, they obviously weren't that much of a pain in the ass of a patient i was. honestly, these bad reviews don't do the dr. justice and they probably didn't even go back and let them know how they felt about their results, which is why they're upset. i, however, voiced some of my concerns and areas that were not satisfactory to me (however many loved my results and had some friends already go to him and love their results, too), and he was able to fix them. unlike most other doctors, he worked with me and did so in the most professional manner possible. his staff were also a great help. and like everything in life, nothing is perfect, and the fact that he was willing to go above and beyond to make me happy really says something about a doctor. those other bad reviews didn't take the time to really voice their concerns, because i bet if they would have, he would have helped fix any problems they were having. again, with plastic surgery, these doctors aren't God, even though we like to think they can be and fix the imperfections he's given us, but they try their best and Dr. Smaili is an artist of superior quality and even though we might see small flaws in his work (which are probably only in our mind, as in my case), he does want to see your happy with your results and will work with you. an honest surgeon and professional one that will work with you every step of the way...even with complicated clients such as myself. def. worth your money if you want a surgeon who really cares. more
