The staff treats you like GOLD when you need a consult, when they need your money, and during surgery. The after care is a completely different story. The doctor was great but I would absolutely NOT recommend this company based on his staff. They are rude, uncaring and have absolutely NO people skills. While waiting in the lobby I also see them treating other people like garbage(over the phone and in person) and just today had a woman simply walk out because she had waited too long for her appointment.
If you use them, expect good results, but also expect multiple rescheduled appointments, no phone calls back when promised (even after allergic reaction to meds) waiting at least an hour for appointments and clearly seeing them take consults before you as well as rough handling and uneducated answers to questions. Last week I waited on the surgery table over an hour freezing cold, totally prepped because the doctor had two walk in consults that he needed to tend to rather than me. Today I had to deal with them telling me I was simply out of luck when they gave me a compression garment that didn't even fit. It fell apart when I tried to make it tighter and they refused to replace it with one that did fit when it was their fault to begin with.
I left feeling like a piece of garbage as I'm sure many other people do as well.
