Appreciate the dedication of Dr. Fields to get the best contact lens prescription. He let me try a few iterations to see which work best for my eyes and I am very pleased with the results. more

Yearly Eye Exam 5/26/2011

California Oaks Vision Center is a very nice place to take care of your eyes. This was my third yearly exam. The staff is very curteous and the doctors are very thorough and very nice! I highly recommend this place! more

May 25th appointment 5/26/2011

My wife and I both had an exam and I ordered new glasses. After us missing our appt. and rescheduling immediately, everything went very will, as it always has in the past. We find your staff to be excellent. All are organized, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. It was overall an enjoyable experience. more

My first visit 5/25/2011

I thought my visit to the Vision Center was very good.The Staff are very nice and very helpful. I would only comment that the exam be a little slower and the Dr.Patient dialog be a bit clearer.(especially for Seniors on their first visit ) Otherwise ,I am looking forward to my new relationship with the California Oaks Vision Center. more

Customer service 5/18/2011

Overall it was nice, just wasnt to happy with the fact that it felt like I was being rushed to pick out my glasses, I feel I should be able to take my time since I'm the one who has to wear them everyday. Wasn't to happy with that at all seems like she was in a hurry. more

Evaluation of our optical experience this weekend 5/16/2011

Sharlene and I both bought two pairs of glasses this weekend. Our experience with or optician, Coralie, was wonderful. She is very pleasant, methodical, and answered all our questions. Dr. Lewis was extraordinary. He explains procecures and options which are easily understood. more

First experience 4/29/2011

I was very pleased from my first call to make my appointment to Felicia who assisted me with my new frames. Dr. Field was professional and concerned regarding my vision asking all the appropriate questions. My husband has made an appointment next week. I would highly recommend Cal Oaks Vision to anyone. Great as usual 4/22/2011

I was especially impressed with Jacqueline. She took the time to explain every test she was running, and was upbeat and talkative the entire time. Dr. Cathy was pleasant as well, she assisted me in completing some paperwork for my husband without hesitation. Coraline was super in finding just the right pair of glasses...and I thought I didn't need a new pair! more

I am so happy I decided on your office for the care of my eyes. The personnel are always so friendly and concerned. The problem I with my frames not fitting well was solved without my saying a word. When the doctor told me I was to get a new frame, I was so surprised but oh so grateful. Today you rarely get such care and I THANK YOU VERY MUCH. more
