I have to agree with you Thomas. He always provided members with all the resources they needed however stressed the fact that doing your own homework was key to a profitable investment. Without his expertise and networking, one would have no confidence to initial the purchase of rental properties in various locations for diversification purposes. more

Marshall brought real estate agents, property managers, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, tax specialists and mentors to do two things: provide the education/hand holding, and provide a full team for people to use to purchase in growing markets. The number one thing HE stressed was always – do your homework, buy below the median price, get fixed rate mortgages, have reserves and don’t buy more than one property in one area. more

The real estate investment world has been through a roller coaster, as anyone who has been involved in it knows full well. Through it all, the MRREN has consistently provided great deals to members, offered free training, free meetings and a whole lot of support. I met Marshall on the other side of the real estate bubble, and appreciated his honest come-from then. I got involved with another real estate investing group, bought some properties, then lost them when everything went south. Now is a great time to get back into the real estate investing market with prices so low. I have been involved in the MRREN for almost a year and everyone has been very upfront and extremely professional. Each and every one of my questions and concerns have been dutifully addressed. I've never been pushed or sweet-talked into investing, and the concept that I am working with is unique, logical and cautious at the same time. My experiences with MRREN have been very good. I attended numerous events that they hosted. I finally decided to get involved and purchase properties. Since Nov 2010, I have purchased 6 properties and 1 tax deed lot through MRREN. Two of the properties were purchased as part of a self-directed IRA, which MRREN helped me setup. They also helped me setup two LLC's. All of my properties are producing $300+ per month positive cash flow. The downside of the investments is limited. The upside looks promising and the actual performance is supporting that projection. I also like how they have been available to help me with various miscellaneous issues with regard to property management or other similar issues. more

I am a presenter at the network and a personal investor. In my nearly 20 years of investing I know the risks associated investing in real estate...I also know the rewards. I own many homes and it is all public record. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the present leadership at the Marshall Reddick Network cares for each and every one of their members. They ABSOLUTELY put their members best interests before sales. they ABSOLUTELY give each member the tools necessary to do their own due diligence and they absolutely DO NOT exert pressure on anyone to buy. I would never associate myself with an organization that is not completely above board...it simply is not worth it. This group is absolutely the right tool for new and experienced investors to use. more
