My experiences with MRREN have been very good. I attended numerous events that they hosted. I finally decided to get involved and purchase properties. Since Nov 2010, I have purchased 6 properties and 1 tax deed lot through MRREN. Two of the properties were purchased as part of a self-directed IRA, which MRREN helped me setup. They also helped me setup two LLC's. All of my properties are producing $300+ per month positive cash flow. The downside of the investments is limited. The upside looks promising and the actual performance is supporting that projection. I also like how they have been available to help me with various miscellaneous issues with regard to property management or other similar issues.
