Marshall Reddick's previous real estate investment business went bankrupt.....and he took almost all of his previous investors with him. He belongs in jail for what he did to all of his previous investors. You are crazy if you invest with this business and you are better off doing it alone. Don't do it! more

Here I am reading all the good reviews and they all sound like CNBC's Jim Cramer touting Bear Stearn stock right before it collapsed. All the good reviews are written by shills and nothing more. Why would you go to learn how to invest in RE from a man who was bankrupt from investing in RE???? This is like going to a bankrupt financial advisor and asking how to invest your money. more

I have been associated with the network for more than 5 years. I have seen them work tirelessly on behalf of their members. No investment comes with a gurarantee...instead they teach how to invest wisely, provide coaching and mentoring and then search for the best deals in the Country for their members to review. My observation of people who failed is because they ignored the lessons the network taught, got greedy and failed to take action when it was needed. While the economy caused greedy people who were overleveraged to fail, thousands more are making fortunes today as a result of the Marshall Reddick Network. more

I have known Marshall Reddick for over 15 years and he is nothing short of a con artist and sociopath. He screwed tens of thousands of people and instead of taking the blame he is using the bad economy as a scapegoat!! Many of Reddicks' deals that went bad had absolutely nothing to do with the economy; rather improprieties done by greedy people. I know several people who worked for the Reddick club and told me horror story after story of how Marshall Reddick looked the other way and allowed anyone to sell through his club without so much as checking their credentials or their ""deals"". Mind you, this is from a guy who said that his club ""does all the checking and homework so that you don't have to"". "":A truly turn key armchair experience."" There is nothing further from the truth. Reddick promised to buy back properties and then when angry investors came to him he refused. So much for guarantees. Just a pack of lies!! Reddick also likes to preach religion with prayer breakfasts and such. What a bunch of BS!!! The guy should be in prison and I was even told this personally by his ex chief financial officer!! Karma is going to get him for all the bad he has done and he will eventually get what he has coming to him. If you read all these positive reviews it is BLATANTLY OBVIOUS that they were written by employees in a feeble attempt to slavage the clubs' reputation. Run for the hills rather than buy through this club!!! more

I’ve just recently joined this network. I felt really comfortable going to the seminars they’ve conducted. All the speakers are very knowledgeable and own investment property. I look forward to learning more about them and eventually buying a property out of state. more

Marshall Reddick Club is a scam and thousands of people have been duped by him. Here are some facts. 1. Reddick has been sued in California, Hawaii, Texas, Illinois, North Carolina and Florida. 2. Reddick network is now in Bankruptcy in efforts to stave off the hundreds of creditors that are after him for almost $40 Million including the IRS! 3. The Reddick Network is being investigated by the FBI and the California Dept. Of Real Estate. 4. Reddick personally know nothing about real estate and lost hundreds of properties to foreclosure/short sale. 5. Fox 11 did a news story on MR in 2009 (which can be seen on Youtube). In it you can see him run away from cameras. An innocent man doesn't run only a GUILTY man does!! 6. Marshall Reddick is the only person that is banned from speaking at both the L.A. and Orange county real estate clubs. 7.
