Calaway came on time each time I called them. Diagnosed the problems quickly and did a good job fixing the furnace. Did not have to do any cleanup when they left. I purchased their yearly maintenance contract so I don't have to worry about a winter check being done on the furnace. They contacted me to make the checkup appt. -- I didn't have to remind them. I would certainly recommend them for any HVAC concerns. more

The guy from Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning was really great. He came out and replaced a part on our system. He came back after that to check on things. He was very nice, and also very professional. I would call Calaway again. I will also recommend them to my friends and family. more

Absolutely a 5 star experience! 10/7/2016

This was my first experience with Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning and I was definitely very satisfied. I have an old heat pump and the ac had been out for 5 days already, so my home owners insurance began setting up repairs for us. Well, the first few companies kept having issues with the insurance and never even made it out. They called Calaway and they had someone out to us within 24 hours. He took one look and knew it was the heat pump. He went to bat for me, with my insurance, and got a new heat pump for us. I couldn't believe it. Everything was handled for us, and ended up saving me almost $3000! I can not thank Calaway enough. What a gift! Overall, I am thrilled and HIGHLY recommend Calaway Heating & Air. more

Great service 9/7/2016

We had a great experience with Calaway Heating & Air Cond. This was the first time we had every used them. Our air conditioner unit had went out for some reason so we called them up and I believe the guy even came out to our home on a Sunday. He inspected our unit and figured out what was wrong with it. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part and it was late in the evening by the time he got done so he couldn't get the replacement part until the next day. This guy went above and beyond for us. He left and came back a little while later that same night with a small unit to get us through the night. The next morning he was at our door bright and early with the new part and fixed our air conditioner. It works great. I can't remember his name, but he was just fantastic. We will definitely use Calaway Heating & Air Cond. in the future and also recommend them to everyone. more

Installed Nest Monitor 8/19/2016

I called and got a quick appointment to install the Nest monitoring system. The installer was quick and not only installed it but set everything up for me for a reasonable service charge. I think he went over and above in the service call to make sure I understood what the system did and how to use the basics. Thanks Calaway. more

Calaway Air 8/12/2016

These guys are amazing. I witnessed them remove and install a coil in the attic. The coil coming out was so tight I'm not sure many people could have done it without incurring some kind of damage. The one that went in required the same kind of skill. Unbelievable. Brian A more

Calaway knew exactly what to test and fixed the problem promptly. The cost was fair. 8/5/2016

When our AC failed on the hottest weekend of the season, and it was a holiday weekend, it looked bad. Calaway called back promptly and scheduled a visit in short time. The problem was isolated with a few knowledgeable tests, and fixed with parts that were on hand. Couldn't have asked for better service, and the price was fair. more

Quick Response when we needed a cool house! 7/31/2016

Came same day I called them. Installed only what I needed. Didn't try an sell me extra. Very straight to the point on the problem of my not working AC. It's been only a few days since they installed my AC, an is working great! Would definitely recommend them to friends & family. My doggies also thank them. more

I needed someone quick when my air conditioner went out in the heat of the summer! They were here quickly and they also handled the phone calls and paperwork that dealt with the warranty for my air conditioner. The technition worked quickly and everything was up and running smoothly within 30 minutes of his arrival. Thanks! more

A/C unit not cooling 7/19/2016

Called in the late afternoon the day after a holiday and they dispatched a team to repair and test the unit and get our home back to COOL, and when it is over 100 degrees that is really important. Thanks. more
