Friendly and competent. 7/7/2016

Calaway Heating & Air Cond has been helping me for 5 years. For my winter home, they service my heating and AC units. They check them two times a year and they fix them if they need to. They fix the leaks and they do the troubleshooting. I have good experience with them and the pricing has been reasonable. I highly recommend them. more

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE 6/11/2016

I recently had a Carrier AC/Heating Units installed by Callaway Heating/AC. The service was prompt & I am very pleased with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone & the price was very reasonable. They go "above & beyond the call of duty" to make sure the customer is satisfied. more

When I saw Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning's truck on the road, I gave them a call and they said they would be out later that day--and that was good news. I had called other companies about getting service for my air conditioning--and also for a friend of mine--just so they could check it out. We had contacted other people and someone at one of the companies--not Calaway--said that when they got more people in our area, they would come out to us. When the gentleman from Calaway responded later that day, he was very, very nice and did a really quick job. He also followed me to my friend's house--and it all worked out very well. I think their prices are comparable to other places. I was very happy with them and I'd call them back--and so would my friend. more

Great service, solved my issue. 4/20/2016

Calaway Heating & Air Cond were very reasonable in terms of price, the people they had out were very conscience. I've had other people come in and they couldn't solve my problem, Calaway used pretty common sense and hard work to figure it out. I think they are very fair and reasonable. Most of the AC people put the screws to you but I never felt that way with Calaway. I would recommend them. more

They are really good guys 3/24/2016

Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning is very personable, listens and does what you ask them to do. I have a winter home and they have maintained the heating and air conditioning in that home for three years. The technicians have been very good and accommodating, and they are really good to come when they say they will. They got the system ready last fall for the winter, and in April they'll come and do the service for summer. more

I'm well satisfied 3/4/2016

Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning checked both furnaces and there was a cracked igniter in one furnace, so they replaced it and that was it. It turned out real good. I would continue to call them because I'm satisfied. They were prompt, friendly and did good work--and that's what matters. Scheduling is really easy and they are quick in getting to me. I've lived down here for 8 years and I've had them out twice. Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning is the very best. more

Professional and quick service. 2/23/2016

II had Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning do some maintenance on an AC unit at a rental property. The workers showed up on time, they got the work done and went about the day. It was quick , easy and painless. The service was awhile back but I remember them being professional and courteous while working hard. more

Good service, would be back. 2/22/2016

Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning did a very good job as far as service and being timely. They are really good people, who seem to do pretty good work. They were very prompt and got the old compressor out and put in the new one. The only thing they could have improved on was that there was another smaller project they were supposed to work on and it just never got done, and we paid for it. I would definitely use them again, I was happy with everything for the most part. more

Number one Calaway Heating & Air were reasonable as far as charges go. They took an interest in making sure my heating was working. They even came twice just to be sure there was no issues with the work. I was recommended them, and I am happy with the results, the two sons that were here with Bret were fantastic and I was really impressed with all of them and how hard they worked. more

Bad Attitude Excessive Billing 1/15/2016

Commercial walk in cooler at out restaurant broke down. Hard to serve fresh food without a working refrigerator. Asked for a bid to fix. He came back with a second individual two days later. Service guy was upset to find another company already working on the cooler. Even climbed the ladder to the roof to say $@!#% to the other Service Representative. Later... Received a bill for no work done between $400 and $500. No I don't recommend. more

Fair and honest company. 1/15/2016

Calaway just had to replace my AC unit. Our unit was actually just out of warranty so we had to have them put in the new unit. They're service was pretty good, they were timely and really nice. Most importantly they seemed fair and didn't price gauge or anything like that. I wasn't there for the actual service but my wife really liked them. more
