This was my first experience with Calaway Heating & Air Conditioning and I was definitely very satisfied. I have an old heat pump and the ac had been out for 5 days already, so my home owners insurance began setting up repairs for us. Well, the first few companies kept having issues with the insurance and never even made it out. They called Calaway and they had someone out to us within 24 hours. He took one look and knew it was the heat pump. He went to bat for me, with my insurance, and got a new heat pump for us. I couldn't believe it. Everything was handled for us, and ended up saving me almost $3000! I can not thank Calaway enough. What a gift! Overall, I am thrilled and HIGHLY recommend Calaway Heating & Air.
