They messed up my order twice--forgot an item the first time, brought the wrong type of pizza the second time. Finally got the right pizza an hour after the first delivery. more

They apparently needed over an hour to make two orders of froyo and deliver them. I finally called them ten minutes after the estimated delivery time, and the person on the phone was incomprehensible; all I got out of her was that it would be here in 10 minutes. Somewhere within those ten minutes, the guy finally comes with our order, which was (amazingly) correct (and the only reason I'm giving them more than one star). By the way, the place is now called Rednecks Barbecue Pork or something like that. I recommend ordering elsewhere. more

Great salads and lunch deals 4/28/2010

I got a greek chicken salad here recently, and am really impressed by this seemingly hole-in-the-wall place. They always have really good pizza/soda lunch deals, which was what originally drew me in. I remember the cashiers not speaking too much English and not being the friendliest, but as long as the food's good, that's the big issue for me. I love that they grilled the chicken in some garlicky-pesto type sauce, it really made the salad great. Not enough toppings other than the chicken and feta, though. Not a great atmosphere either, it smells kinda weird, good for take-out though. Pros: Salads, price Cons: Service, atmosphere more

Cafe Mitti's has always been fast and reliable. The timer is still running, it's been over an hour and a half since I've ordered. Called twice, 20 minutes between calling and I've been told both times that my order is on the way. I struggled to ask questions because I kept getting cut off by the person who answered the phone. As I'm writing this he showed up. He forgot my drink in the car, good thing I asked. Why do I do 20% tip up front?.. more

Unbelievably bad service. The operators are rude and condescending. I ordered from them one night, and the pizza tasted like cardboard. My sister ordered something a couple days later to my same address, and the employee told her that they didn't deliver to my area. Truly horrible! more
