Cafe Mitti's has always been fast and reliable. The timer is still running, it's been over an hour and a half since I've ordered. Called twice, 20 minutes between calling and I've been told both times that my order is on the way. I struggled to ask questions because I kept getting cut off by the person who answered the phone. As I'm writing this he showed up. He forgot my drink in the car, good thing I asked. Why do I do 20% tip up front?..
