I placed an online order with them on March 23, 2013. As of April 4, my order status still shows as "Processing" even though my credit card was billed immediately. I have sent several emails, and attempted to call them several times to find out what the delay is, but they do not answer their phone, nor respond to emails.
If I have not heard from them by Monday, I am going to contact my credit card company to stop the payment to them. At this point I am not even able to find out if they are still in business.
