We have been going to this dr. office for over 20 years. There's been ups down and now it does take along time to get in. Wish Dr. Martin and Dr. Culter was still there. more

This place is too busy for it's own good! Shots were missed, CMS and CPS were up in arms, chaos insued. Scheduled appointments are too far out in advance. Sometimes months! more

Good: The doctors are great! Yes they like to talk but are very personable.. Bad: Where do I begin? The office staff does not know what to tell patients. I called one day and asked if I needed to reschedule because I was running late. She said they have a 15 min grace period. Well ok. I get there, sign in, she takes my payment and everything 10 min later they call me up and tell me to reschedule, I was late. There is no grace period here. Now when you do get there early you wait over 30 min in the waiting room before the nurse calls you back. Then you wait an extra 20+ mins to see the Dr. Improvements: Staff that is on the same page. An office that does not keep you waiting more than 10 mins in the waiting room... and 5 min in the room itself. It is a VERY disorganized group.. Other: I have since started going to Meridian Medical Group and LOVE them!!! I did not know going to the doctor was so easy. No more waiting!!! They are so organized and on their game everytime.. more

I have been with Cabarrus Family Medicine since 1995. Doctor Pollack is a wonderful physician and he has a wonderful, caring staff on hand to take care of all of your needs. They are a primary care office and take care of everything from OB/GYN to Geriatric patients. They have early morning hours during the week, & are even open on Saturday til noon & Sunday 1 pm to 5 pm (Concord Office) If you are looking for a doctor check out Cabarrus Family Medicine....they have offices in Harrisburg, Concord, & Mount Pleasant. more
