Good: The doctors are great! Yes they like to talk but are very personable.. Bad: Where do I begin? The office staff does not know what to tell patients. I called one day and asked if I needed to reschedule because I was running late. She said they have a 15 min grace period. Well ok. I get there, sign in, she takes my payment and everything 10 min later they call me up and tell me to reschedule, I was late. There is no grace period here. Now when you do get there early you wait over 30 min in the waiting room before the nurse calls you back. Then you wait an extra 20+ mins to see the Dr. Improvements: Staff that is on the same page. An office that does not keep you waiting more than 10 mins in the waiting room... and 5 min in the room itself. It is a VERY disorganized group.. Other: I have since started going to Meridian Medical Group and LOVE them!!! I did not know going to the doctor was so easy. No more waiting!!! They are so organized and on their game everytime..
