Snippy and rude cashier 10/23/2016

I was running late errands two nights ago and hurried around the store, so I could get out at closing. I had to go back today to return two items. One of them was the wrong item for a bogo deal and both rang at same price. The exact same lady cashier took the returns and scanned one, then told me it wasn't on the receipt. I told her that it was impossible, this was the only place I shopped at that night and I was standing right there when she rang me up. She first cut me off mid-sentence as I was speaking and got very rude and snippy with me. I have worked for 23 years in retail customer service and where does this justify that the customer is always right. I will never set foot in this store again. The coupon machine wouldn't read cards and the touch screen didn't work. They are grossly overpriced also. The same salon products can be found in dg for 2 to 3 bucks cheaper, more

Ok if you don't mind the wait 8/19/2005

I normally use the drive thru service when it is not out of order. Prescriptions are filled much faster if you go into the store and hand it to them. Other than that, you may wait as long as 4 or more hours for a prescription. If you are in a hurry, don't count on CVS to fill in a hurry. If i do end up going into the store itself, i like to purchase their shampoos and conditioners. They have good quality salon products, as well as your normal grocery store shampoos and conditioners. If you have a CVS card you can receive some discounted items, but watch out for limits on these sales. Sometimes the limits are not posted and you will pay full price for what you think you are getting on sale. Their cosmetic section has a pretty decent variety. The store is clean, and the cosmetic section seems to be well manicured, and items don't seem to be thumbed through. more

Horrible 6/30/2005

The cashiers here are horrible. The associates are very wreckless with the carts and just push them down any random isle if it is in her way not checking to see who is down that isle. The rudness here at this location is enough to make you stay away or transfer your perscription somewhere else. more
