I was running late errands two nights ago and hurried around the store, so I could get out at closing. I had to go back today to return two items. One of them was the wrong item for a bogo deal and both rang at same price. The exact same lady cashier took the returns and scanned one, then told me it wasn't on the receipt. I told her that it was impossible, this was the only place I shopped at that night and I was standing right there when she rang me up. She first cut me off mid-sentence as I was speaking and got very rude and snippy with me. I have worked for 23 years in retail customer service and where does this justify that the customer is always right. I will never set foot in this store again. The coupon machine wouldn't read cards and the touch screen didn't work. They are grossly overpriced also. The same salon products can be found in dg for 2 to 3 bucks cheaper,
