Forward Management has been reroofing SINCE JANUARY and is now going to re-side the buildings. The Dish is off the roof AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR DISH SERVICE with none availab...

Poor service. Scheduled appt for installation last Friday for this Friday 7/13 between 12-5pm. So I took Friday off work and called CTI in mid afternoon to check in on approx arrival time as I needed to run and pick up my son and didn't want to miss them. Surprise, they indicated that they scheduled it for Monday. I said no we schedule it for Friday - well they rescheduled it because this install was going to take more time than it was scheduled for (we were the only one on the schedule when we made the appt). First, they scheduled the amount of time inaccurately and then didn't bother to tell me they rescheduled it for another day. Unbelievable!! Extremely disappointing experience. more

CTI - Run, run away 4/3/2011

Forward Management has been reroofing SINCE JANUARY and is now going to re-side the buildings. The Dish is off the roof AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR DISH SERVICE with none available! I called CTI MULTIPLE TIMES with no response, so I called Dish directly. A psycho tenant in another building threatened Dish and us if CTI did not put the dish back whenever they feel like it. Screw Forward Management, CTI, and the crazy tenant! more

I Stopped in to CTI Satellite's Store 1/15/2011

It was a very good decision to stop in and see one of the sales consultants at CTI. I was considering switching from Cable TV service to Satellite TV and was somewhat skeptical about making the change. I had no worries after having all of my questions answered. After my stop at CTI, I scheduled for my Dish Network system to be installed, the next day. Thanks CTI for taking such good care of me! more

Local Satellite TV Retailer 1/15/2011

CTI has many years of experience with the Satellite TV business. It is obvious when talking with the sales reps on the phone. I was very pleased with the professional, cutious service that I received. I would highly recommend that you call or visit CTI if you have interest in getting Satellite TV service. more

I highly recommend CTI Satellite! 1/1/2011

I really appreciated having a local company to work with when making the switch to Satellite TV. I was able to visit my sales consultant in a professional store setting in the De Forest Mall. They had information to compare all TV services. There was no question that the CTI tech that visited my home, had many years of experience with new customer installations. How refreshing to work with professionals that care! more

Super great LOCAL service! 7/12/2010

It was so nice to get a real live person to deal with from the get go. No automated system, etc. The person I talked to knew so much about Dish Network and Directv. I got all my questions answered and felt like I really got the best system for me. I LOVE my Dish Network and I will definately recommend them to everyone I know. Call CTI, you will get an educated sales person and professional installation and you will be very happy with your service :) Pros: You get a live person when you call, local service more

Stay away from CTI 6/9/2010

I signed up for dish network through CIT. I had to move across the street in 4 months and had to take the service with me because I signed a 2 yr contract. The apartment community in which I live is serviced only by CTI. Even though dish network allows 2 moves in a calendar year free of charge, CTI charged me $115. They did not mention this in the contract. The service tech (I think his name is Tim) was extremely rude and impolite. It was a year ago. Now, I am wondering if I need to file a consumer complaint against CTI. Stay away from CTI, you will be doing yourself a favor. This company remembers what Customer Service is all about. They are so knowledgeable and ready to help me with any questions or problems. I love their prompt service. It's nice to actually talk to a person and not a computer voice. Great company. more

Owner is very unprofessional 1/30/2010

Well I called over 20 times in two days. They say they will call you back and then they don't and the owner is very rude. I feel very bad for his employers considering the way he treated me. His top priority is to bring in business and to treat the customer with respect and apparently his way of doing this is not calling me back and then when i complain he says to shut up and hangs up. ha good luck with keeping costumers if you treat people that way. Very rude if you ever need help... Look elsewhere for good service 4/16/2008

I regret my decision to go through this company... Very poor customer service. Technician left the installation a mess. Owner has made up his mind that this is my fault! I had to contact a different local retailer to fix their poor worksmanship... \r \r Pros: I cant think of one Cons: No customer service after the installer leaves more
