The worst service I experienced in my life. For one month I have spent hours and hours with them spending my daytime cell phone minutes. First they made me go from one service to another, from on the go to home service, even though there was no signal in my apartment. They convinced me that the service would work, and still wanted to make me keep the service. After a technician came and confirmed that there is actually no signal at my address. After that it was a hassle calling them back and forth to cancel the service. They told me that after they receive the equipments they will cancel the service. But I still see my account in pending stage. And a refund has not been issued yet. They probably will refund me the money. But how they r going to refund me for the time I spent in last one month, which would be over six hours of my time at $50/Hr. And every time I have to tell the same story to everyone. Also they will put me in long hold, reading the note. I don't know how many times they need to read the note in my account. They should have a status or decision in a dashboard already for easy access. Finding for the information is like they r looking for the G-spot or something, analyzing every single detail in my account. So next time anyone try to get this service be careful, and get a tech guy come to your house first that u actually have service in your address. Good luck and Happy 4th..
